Those who stood beside chariots, who listened, who told the tale — who made the cry for Sudāsa? To whom were the drops of Ila brought together with the rains?

Who has head them, when standing in their cars, (declare) whither they go? Upon what liberal worshipper do their kindred rains descend together with manifold food?

Who, when they stood upon their cars, hath heard them tell the way they went? Who was the bounteous man to whom their kindred rains flowed down with food of sacrifice?
