आ नो॑ दि॒वो बृ॑ह॒तः पर्व॑ता॒दा सर॑स्वती यज॒ता ग॑न्तु य॒ज्ञम् । हवं॑ दे॒वी जु॑जुषा॒णा घृ॒ताची॑ श॒ग्मां नो॒ वाच॑मुश॒ती शृ॑णोतु
ā no divo bṛhataḥ parvatādā sarasvatī yajatā gantu yajñam havaṃ devī jujuṣāṇā ghṛtācī śagmāṃ no vācamuśatī śaṛṇotu
From the great heights of heaven bring forth Sarasvatī to the sacrifice. May the goddess accept the offering of clarified butter, the libation of ghee; may our voice be heard and our speech be well-pleasing.
May the radiant Sarasvatī come to the sacrifice from the heavens or the spacious firmament; may the goddess, the showerer of water, propitiated by our invocation, and desirous of our gratifying praises hear.
From high heaven may Sarasvati the Holy visit our sacrifice, and from the mountain. Eager, propitious, may the balmy Goddess hear our effectual speech, our invocation.
