उदी॑रय क॒वित॑मं कवी॒नामु॒नत्तै॑नम॒भि मध्वा॑ घृ॒तेन॑ । स नो॒ वसू॑नि॒ प्रय॑ता हि॒तानि॑ च॒न्द्राणि॑ दे॒वः स॑वि॒ता सु॑वाति
udīraya kavitamaṃ kavīnāmunattainamabhi madhvā ghṛtena sa no vasūni prayatā hitāni candrāṇi devaḥ savitā suvāti
Raise forth poetic thought, O seers; bring it near with clarified butter. May the divine givers grant us abundant wealth; the radiant Sun (Savita) bestows good fortune.
Celebrate, (priests), the most prophetic of the prophets; imbue him with the sweet libation, and may the divine Savitā bestow upon us ample, beneficial and delightful riches.
In spirit him, the Sagest of the Sages; with sacrificial oil and meath bedew him So then let him, God Savitar, provide us excellent, ready, and resplendent treasures.
