Bring forth the chariot‑yoked steeds, O bearers, place the realm as guardian; thus may understanding be set. May the Maruts ever be on the flank of the sacrificer who serves well.
Maruts, do you bring wealth comprising horses; to acquire and preserve riches the wise man offers you praise; may the ministrant priest, (Atri), of the son of Uśij (Kakṣīvat), be made happy by those swift-going (horses) which are the swift-going (horses), Maruts, of you who are rapid in motion.
Bring ye your riches forward borne on horses: let thought be framed for help and gain of treasure. Blest he the priest of Ausija through courses, the courses which are yours the fleet, O Maruts.
