यस्मै॒ त्वं सु॒कृते॑ जातवेद उ लो॒कम॑ग्ने कृ॒णवः॑ स्यो॒नम् । अ॒श्विनं॒ स पु॒त्रिणं॑ वी॒रव॑न्तं॒ गोम॑न्तं र॒यिं न॑शते स्व॒स्ति
yasmai tvaṃ sukṛte jātaveda u lokamagne kṛṇavaḥ syonam aśvinaṃ sa putriṇaṃ vīravantaṃ gomantaṃ rayiṃ naśate svasti
To him by whose good deeds, O Jatavedas, the world was formed, O Agni, make fertile the womb. May the Ashvins, that heroic son and the one with cattle, bring prosperity and well‑being to the realm.
Upon whatsoever performer of good works you, Agni, who are Jātavedas, cast a favourable regard, he enjoys welfare, and riches, comprehending horses, cattle, sons and male descendants.
The pious man, O Jatavedas Agni, to whom thou grantest ample room and pleasure, Gaineth abundant wealth with sons and horses, with heroes and with kine for his well-being.
