Mighty is the exaltation I address to your generous kings and the charioteers. I praised Indra with earlier songs and offered the mountain-voice.

With ancient (hymns) the pious approach Indra, to laud him who is most worthy of the beverage (the offering) of you who are opulent; (him) who is theking of men.

Singers with many songs have made Indra propitious to their fame, Him who is King of human kind, most liberal of your wealthy ones.
