We are those men, Indra, who, brave in sacrifice, knew the paths and drove the chariots. They came to us; the warm ghee was not found wanting among the offerings in acceptable sanctuaries.
We, Indra, are yours, and yours are they who are the leaders (of rites), promoters of (your) strength, and willing applicants (to you); all-powerful Indra, may adherents worthy of commendation and faithful, come to us, like Bhaga, in battles.
Thine are we, Indra; thine are all these people, conscious of might, whose cars are set in motion. Some hero come to us, O Strong as Ahi beauteous in war, to be invoked like Bhaga.
