उ॒शना॒ यत्स॑ह॒स्यै॒३॒॑रया॑तं गृ॒हमि॑न्द्र जूजुवा॒नेभि॒रश्वैः॑ । व॒न्वा॒नो अत्र॑ स॒रथं॑ ययाथ॒ कुत्से॑न दे॒वैरव॑नोर्ह॒ शुष्ण॑म्
uśanā yatsahasyai3rayātaṃ gṛhamindra jūjuvānebhiraśvaiḥ vanvāno atra sarathaṃ yayātha kutsena devairavanorha śuṣṇam
He, mighty and youthful, entered houses with horses; wandering people here drove a charioteer—by what fault did the gods make the roads dry?
When, Indra, you and Uśanas, with vigorous and rapid courses went to the dwelling of Kutsa, then destroying his foes, you went in one chariot with Kutsa and the gods, and verily you have slain Śuṣṇa
What time ye came with strong steeds swiftly speeding, O Usana and Indra, to the dwelling, Thou camest thither -conquering together with Kutsa and the Gods: thou slewest Susna.
