His dwelling is with radiance; a strong voice has bound his life. The heavens whose seed is not, the great ones worship with offerings.

He who is endowed with vigour, is (glorified) by praise, and by whose radiance, like that of the sky, the rays of light shine brightly; by his lustre, verily, (the sun is luminous).

Yea, this is by the light of him whom powerful siong hath bound to act, Whose bearns of splendour flash on high as though they sprang from heavenly seed.
