May Savita, who kindles, increase with the seasons and grant us no decline; may he, by his bright courses, nourish our offspring. May he, with swelling rays and life-bestowing strength, make fertile our abundant pasture.
May the divine Savitā approach along with the Ṛtus, prosper our dwelling, and bestow upon us good progeny and food; may he be favourable to us by night and by day; may he heap upon us wealth comprehending offspring.
With the year's seasons hath Savitar, God, come nigh: may he prosper our home, give food and noble sons. May he invigorate us through the days and nights, and may he send us opulence with progeny.
