sindhurha vāṃ rasayā siñcadaśvānghṛṇā vayo'ruṣāsaḥ pari gman tadū ṣu vāmajiraṃ ceti yānaṃ yena patī bhavathaḥ sūryāyāḥ
May the Sindhu sprinkle you with juices, horses with fragrant ghee; the breezes go about; thus, O bearers, with what vehicle were you masters, O charioteers of the sun?
The flowing (stream) has sprinkled your steeds with moisture; the radiant horses (like) birds (in swiftness) pass on, bright with lustre; well known as that quick-moving chariot, whereby you became the lords of Sūrya.
Let Sindhu with his wave bedew your horses: in fiery glow have the red birds come hither. Observed of all was that your rapid going, whereby ye were the Lords of Siirya's Daughter.
