May sacrificial Agni be auspicious, giving kind offerings always by hymns. He delights in life, in the hard place, for all these blessings on auspicious days are established.
May the liberal man ever be prosperous who propitiate you with constant oblations and praises; may all the days in his arduous life be prosperous, and may this (his) sacrifice be (productive of reward).
Blest, Agni, be the man, the liberal giver, who with his lauds and regular oblation Is fain to please thee for his life and dwelling. May all his days be bright: be this his longing.
