उ॒त स्मा॑स्य पनयन्ति॒ जना॑ जू॒तिं कृ॑ष्टि॒प्रो अ॒भिभू॑तिमा॒शोः । उ॒तैन॑माहुः समि॒थे वि॒यन्तः॒ परा॑ दधि॒क्रा अ॑सरत्स॒हस्रैः॑
uta smāsya panayanti janā jūtiṃ kṛṣṭipro abhibhūtimāśoḥ utainamāhuḥ samithe viyantaḥ parā dadhikrā asaratsahasraiḥ
They bring forth for him men who perform binding rites, filling the furrows toward the mighty flood; they called him together like comrades, placing the yoke and granting many thousands.
Men praise the overpowering rapidty of that fleet (steed), who is the accomplisher (of the desires) of mankind, and following him to battle, they have said, Dadhikrā with (his) thousands has gone forth against the foe.
The people praise the overpowering swiftness of this fleet Steed who giveth men abundance. Of him they say when drawing back from battle. Dadhikras hath sped forward with his thousands.
