devastvaṣṭā savitā viśvarūpaḥ pupoṣa prajāḥ purudhā jajāna imā ca viśvā bhuvanānyasya mahaddevānāmasuratvamekam
The gods, Tvastar, Savitr the universal-shaper, nourisher, begat peoples and made men populous. These all inhabit the worlds — greatness of gods and men alone.
The divine Tvaṣṭā the impeller (of all), the multiform, has begotten and nourished a numerous progeny, for all these worlds are of him; great and unequalled is the might of the gods.
Tvastar the God, the omniform. Creator, begets and feeds mankind in various manner. His, verily, arc all these living creatures. Great is the Gods' supreme dominion.
