मा॒ता च॒ यत्र॑ दुहि॒ता च॑ धे॒नू स॑ब॒र्दुघे॑ धा॒पये॑ते समी॒ची । ऋ॒तस्य॒ ते सद॑सीळे अ॒न्तर्म॒हद्दे॒वाना॑मसुर॒त्वमेक॑म्
mātā ca yatra duhitā ca dhenū sabardughe dhāpayete samīcī ṛtasya te sadasīḷe antarmahaddevānāmasuratvamekam
The mother where the calf is milked, the cow is pressed for milk into the pail; they follow the law in their accustomed place — inward greatness of gods and men alone.
Where the mother and daughter, two productive kine, unite, they nourish each other; I worship them both in (the firmament), the dwelling of the waters great and unequalled is the might of the gods.
Where the two Cows, the Mother and the Daughter, meet and give suck yielding their lordly nectar,
