Not hard to find, immortal among mortals, the king sat and performed sacrifices; like clarified butter in form, the fire, bestower of wealth, spread forth all poetic lore, the wise one.
The immortal being has sat down in the dwelling of mortals, accomplishing (their) sacrifices; Agni, who is cognizant of all sacred rites, shines with expanded bulk when fed with clarified butter.
Within the house hath sate the King immortal of mortals, filling full their sacred synods. Bedewed with holy oil he shineth widely, Agni, the knower of all secret wisdom.
