उ॒भया॑सो जातवेदः स्याम ते स्तो॒तारो॑ अग्ने सू॒रय॑श्च॒ शर्म॑णि । वस्वो॑ रा॒यः पु॑रुश्च॒न्द्रस्य॒ भूय॑सः प्र॒जाव॑तः स्वप॒त्यस्य॑ शग्धि नः
ubhayāso jātavedaḥ syāma te stotāro agne sūrayaśca śarmaṇi vasvo rāyaḥ puruścandrasya bhūyasaḥ prajāvataḥ svapatyasya śagdhi naḥ
May Jātavedas be both our friend and your heralds, O Agni; singers and radiant ones in their splendour. May Vasus and kings and the people of Soma increase; be gracious to our lord, make good the offerings.
Agni, knowing all that is born, may we, both adorers and priests, be thine for the sake of felicity; and do you bestow upon us wealth of dwellings, of cattle, of much gold, of many dependents and virtuous offspring.
Knower of all that lives, O Agni may we both, singers of praise and chiefs, be in thy keeping still. Help us to wealth exceeding good and glorious, abundant, rich in children and their progeny.
