प्र तद्दुः॒शीमे॒ पृथ॑वाने वे॒ने प्र रा॒मे वो॑च॒मसु॑रे म॒घव॑त्सु । ये यु॒क्त्वाय॒ पञ्च॑ श॒तास्म॒यु प॒था वि॒श्राव्ये॑षाम्
pra tadduḥśīme pṛthavāne vene pra rāme vocamasure maghavatsu ye yuktvāya pañca śatāsmayu pathā viśrāvyeṣām
Therefore when the misled ones were angry at the earth, the gods addressed you with generous words. Those who, joined, brought five hundredfold paths are to be proclaimed widespread.
This I proclaim in the presence of Duśīma, Pṛthavāna, Vena, the mighty Rāma, and (other)opulent (princes); those who (come), having yoked five hundred (chariots), their affection for us is renowned onthe road.
This to Duhsima Prthavana have I sung, to Vena, Rama, to the nobles, and the King. They yoked five hundred, and their love of us was famed upon their way.
