इन्द्रो॑ दि॒व इन्द्र॑ ईशे पृथि॒व्या इन्द्रो॑ अ॒पामिन्द्र॒ इत्पर्व॑तानाम् । इन्द्रो॑ वृ॒धामिन्द्र॒ इन्मेधि॑राणा॒मिन्द्रः॒ क्षेमे॒ योगे॒ हव्य॒ इन्द्रः॑
indro diva indra īśe pṛthivyā indro apāmindra itparvatānām indro vṛdhāmindra inmedhirāṇāmindraḥ kṣeme yoge havya indraḥ
Indra is lord of heaven, Indra is lord of earth, Indra is lord of waters, lord of mountains. Indra, growth-bestower, Indra of great thoughts, Indra in prosperous rites, Indra in sacrifice.
Indra rules over heaven, Indra rules over earth, over the waters, and over the clouds; Indra rules overthe great and over the wise; Indra is to be invoked for the acquisition and preservation (of wealth).
Indra is Sovran Lord of Earth and Heaven, Indra is Lord of waters and of mountains. Indra is Lord of prosperers and sages Indra must be invoked in rest and effort.
