सह॑स्व मन्यो अ॒भिमा॑तिम॒स्मे रु॒जन्मृ॒णन्प्र॑मृ॒णन्प्रेहि॒ शत्रू॑न् । उ॒ग्रं ते॒ पाजो॑ न॒न्वा रु॑रुध्रे व॒शी वशं॑ नयस एकज॒ त्वम्
sahasva manyo abhimātimasme rujanmṛṇanpramṛṇanprehi śatrūn ugraṃ te pājo nanvā rurudhre vaśī vaśaṃ nayasa ekaja tvam
May you be with me, keeper of my purpose; smite, crush, destroy my foes. O fierce one, defend us; restrain the powerful, lead them under my sway alone.
Overthrow, Manyu, our assailant; advance against our foes, wounding, killing, annihilating them; (who)can resist your fierce might? O you who are without companion, subjecting them you lead them subject.
O Manyu, overcome thou our assailant on! breaking, slaying, crushing down the foemen. They have not hindered thine impetuous vigour: Mighty, Sole born! thou makest them thy subjects.
