अप॑ हत र॒क्षसो॑ भङ्गु॒राव॑तः स्कभा॒यत॒ निरृ॑तिं॒ सेध॒ताम॑तिम् । आ नो॑ र॒यिं सर्व॑वीरं सुनोतन देवा॒व्यं॑ भरत॒ श्लोक॑मद्रयः
apa hata rakṣaso bhaṅgurāvataḥ skabhāyata nirṛtiṃ sedhatāmatim ā no rayiṃ sarvavīraṃ sunotana devāvyaṃ bharata ślokamadrayaḥ
Strike down the fragile fiend; slaughter the hostile that bring falsehood. May they be destroyed, O many-heroed ones; grant us heroic fame, O gods, and fill (our) song, O mountains.
Drive away the disturbing rākṣasas; keep off Nirṛti; prohibit all malignity; effuse for us riches withmale progeny; bear, stones, the praise that delights the gods.
Drive ye the treacherous demons far away from us: keep Nirrti afar and banish Penury. Pour riches forth for us with troops of hero sons, and bear ye up, O Stones, the song that visits Gods.
