druho niṣattā pṛśanī cidevaiḥ purū śaṃsena vāvṛdhuṣṭa indram abhīvṛteva tā mahāpadena dhvāntātprapitvādudaranta garbhāḥ
Deceit was set, betrayal laid; Prishni and those here with sacred songs besieged Indra with hostile might. They rushed with great stride, and by their force the wombs were struck down from the darkness.
The material troop of (Indra) the injurer encamped around Indra, (accompanied) by the swift-moving(maruts); they animated him with abundant praise; like (cattle) penned up within a great stall, the embryonic(waters) issued from the (Vṛtra) who had arrived in the form of darkness.
There with fiend's ways e'en Prsni was seated: with much laudation they exalted Indra. As if encompassed by the Mighty-footed, from darkness, near at hand, forth came the Children.
