स्व॒स्ति नो॑ दि॒वो अ॑ग्ने पृथि॒व्या वि॒श्वायु॑र्धेहि य॒जथा॑य देव । सचे॑महि॒ तव॑ दस्म प्रके॒तैरु॑रु॒ष्या ण॑ उ॒रुभि॑र्देव॒ शंसैः॑
svasti no divo agne pṛthivyā viśvāyurdhehi yajathāya deva sacemahi tava dasma praketairuruṣyā ṇa urubhirdeva śaṃsaiḥ
May there be welfare for us from heaven, O Agni, and the earth, grant long life, O god who is worshipped. May we sit with your tokens, cities rising—praise us, O gods, with celebrated men.
Divine Agni, bestow upon us from earth and heaven prosperity and abundant food, that we may beable to offer sacrifices. May we be associated, beautiful (Agni), with your indications (of favour); protect us, divineAgni, on account of our many hymns.
O AGNI, shared by all men living bring us good luck for sacrifice from earth and heaven. With us be thine intelligence, WonderWorker! Protect us, God, with thy far-reaching blessings.
