ते स॒त्येन॒ मन॑सा॒ गोप॑तिं॒ गा इ॑या॒नास॑ इषणयन्त धी॒भिः । बृह॒स्पति॑र्मि॒थोअ॑वद्यपेभि॒रुदु॒स्रिया॑ असृजत स्व॒युग्भिः॑
te satyena manasā gopatiṃ gā iyānāsa iṣaṇayanta dhībhiḥ bṛhaspatirmithoavadyapebhirudusriyā asṛjata svayugbhiḥ
With truthful mind they sought the lord of kine; the singers urged the herds. Bṛhaspati made alliances with hymns and fashioned order with his associates.
They with truthful mind searching for the cows resolved by their exploits to make him the lord of cattle;Bṛhaspati with his self-yoked (allied) mutually defending each other from reproach, set free the kind.
They, longing for the kine, with faithful spirit incited with their hymns the Lord of cattle. Brhaspati freed the radiant cows with comrades self-yoked, averting shame from one another.
