पावी॑रवी तन्य॒तुरेक॑पाद॒जो दि॒वो ध॒र्ता सिन्धु॒रापः॑ समु॒द्रियः॑ । विश्वे॑ दे॒वासः॑ शृणव॒न्वचां॑सि मे॒ सर॑स्वती स॒ह धी॒भिः पुरं॑ध्या
pāvīravī tanyaturekapādajo divo dhartā sindhurāpaḥ samudriyaḥ viśve devāsaḥ śaṛṇavanvacāṃsi me sarasvatī saha dhībhiḥ puraṃdhyā
The purifier of men, single-footed, the bearer of heaven — the gold-red waters, the ocean-born. All divine beings, hear me: O Sarasvatī, conjoint with the wise, bring forth the city in strength.
May the armed and thundering (voice of mid-heaven), the upholder of heaven, Aja Ekapād, theocean, the waters of the firmament, the universal gods and Sarasvatī, accompanied by sacred rites, andabundant wisdom, hear my words.
Thunder, the lightning's daughter, Aja-Ekapad, heaven's bearer, Sindhu, and the waters of the sea: Hear all the Gods my words, Sarasvati give ear together with Purandhi and with Holy Thoughts.
