evā plateḥ sūnuravīvṛdhadvo viśva ādityā adite manīṣī īśānāso naro amartyenāstāvi jano divyo gayena
Thus the offspring of Plate grew like a son, all the Adityas, the wise. From the immortal man their rulers—these people sang the heavenly songs with inspired voice.
Universal deities and Aditi, thus has the prudent son of plural ti magnified you; the celestial people, theimmortal (company of the gods) through whom (when praised) men become the bonds (of wealth), have beenglorified by Gaya.
Thus hath the thoughtful sage the son of Plati, praised you, O Aaiti and all Adityas. Men are made rich by those who are Immortal: the Heavenly Folk have been extolled by Gaya.
