You gave the white steed to the two Ashvins, new with nine powers and with the nine blown, the vigorous one. Having drawn it round, you poured the draught, O friends; grant the oblation not to men but to the bovine realm.
You gave, Aśvins, to Pedu a strong white horse with nine-and-ninety (other) steeds, (a horse), active(in combat), putting to flight the friends (of the foe), worthy to be invoked, a source of deligght, like wealth to meṇ
On Pedu ye bestowed, Asvins, a courser white, mighty with nine-and-ninety varied gifts of strength, A horse to be renowned, who bore his friend at speed, joy-giving, Bhaga-like to be invoked of men.
