यो वः॑ सेना॒नीर्म॑ह॒तो ग॒णस्य॒ राजा॒ व्रात॑स्य प्रथ॒मो ब॒भूव॑ । तस्मै॑ कृणोमि॒ न धना॑ रुणध्मि॒ दशा॒हं प्राची॒स्तदृ॒तं व॑दामि
yo vaḥ senānīrmahato gaṇasya rājā vrātasya prathamo babhūva tasmai kṛṇomi na dhanā ruṇadhmi daśāhaṃ prācīstadṛtaṃ vadāmi
He who for you became leader of a great host, king of the band, was first in the vow. To him I grant; I do not call wealth back; I speak thus from the eastern quarters.
Dice, I offer salutation to him who has been the genitive ral of your great army, the chief lord of your host;I do not provide him with wealth; I raise my ten (fingers) to the east; that (which) I speak (is) the truth.
To the great captain of your mighty army, who hath become the host's imperial leader, To him I show my ten extended fingers: I speak the truth. No wealth am I withholding.
