तव॒ त्ये सो॑म॒ शक्ति॑भि॒र्निका॑मासो॒ व्यृ॑ण्विरे । गृत्स॑स्य॒ धीरा॑स्त॒वसो॒ वि वो॒ मदे॑ व्र॒जं गोम॑न्तम॒श्विनं॒ विव॑क्षसे
tava tye soma śaktibhirnikāmāso vyṛṇvire gṛtsasya dhīrāstavaso vi vo made vrajaṃ gomantamaśvinaṃ vivakṣase
In your powers we seek pastures; grant us those desires. Heroes of the cattle, venerate your wisdom; drive forth the ox-driving host to the abundant pastures and the swift Asvins.
The intelligent (priests), whose desires are fixed (on the fruit of good works), with sacred rites showforth (the praises) of you, Soma, who are wise and powerful; do you, in your exhilaration, (grant us) pastures,abounding with cattle, and with horses; for you are mighty.
O Soma, through thy might who art skilful and strong, these longing men, These sages, have thrown open-at your glad carouse-the stall of kine and horses. Thou art waxing great
