O lord, you are protector of the noble cattle and famed in glory. Unawed by praises, protect us from enmity; in your might remove hatred from between us.
Indra, who are the lord of desirable (riches), the encourager of the worshipper, the protector of theeulogists, defend us, in your exhilaration, from adversaries, (guard us) from sin, you are mighty.
Thou who art Lord of precious boons, inciter even of the churl. Guardian of singers, Indra,-at your glad carouse-save us from woe and hatred. Thou art waxing great.
