यौ ते॒ श्वानौ॑ यम रक्षि॒तारौ॑ चतुर॒क्षौ प॑थि॒रक्षी॑ नृ॒चक्ष॑सौ । ताभ्या॑मेनं॒ परि॑ देहि राजन्स्व॒स्ति चा॑स्मा अनमी॒वं च॑ धेहि
yau te śvānau yama rakṣitārau caturakṣau pathirakṣī nṛcakṣasau tābhyāmenaṃ pari dehi rājansvasti cāsmā anamīvaṃ ca dhehi
Those two dogs, guardians of Yama, four-eyed, watcher of the path, man-eyed; by them give this around, O king, and grant health to us and place this imperishable for us.
Entrust him, O king, to your two dogs, which are your protectors, Yama, the four-eyed guardians of theroad, renowned by men, and grant him prosperity and health.
And those two dogs of thine, Yama, the watchers, four-eyed, who look on men and guard the pathway,- Entrust this man, O King, to their protection, and with prosperity and health endow him.
