अव॒ त्या बृ॑ह॒तीरिषो॑ वि॒श्वश्च॑न्द्रा अमित्रहन् । शची॑भिः शक्र धूनु॒हीन्द्र॒ विश्वा॑भिरू॒तिभि॑र्दे॒वी जनि॑त्र्यजीजनद्भ॒द्रा जनि॑त्र्यजीजनत्
ava tyā bṛhatīriṣo viśvaścandrā amitrahan śacībhiḥ śakra dhūnuhīndra viśvābhirūtibhirdevī janitryajījanadbhadrā janitryajījanat
Now from the mighty heavens the broad bands of lightning smote the foe; with Shachi the thunderer and the bow-branding Indra drove them away — auspicious mother who bore the strong.
Destroyer of enemies, Indra, Śakra, shake down upon us by your exploits those abundant, all-shiningviands, (accompanied) with all your protections; the divine progenitress has given you birth, the auspiciousprogrenitress has given you birth.
Shake down, O Slayer of the foe, those great all splendid enemies. With all thy powers, O Sakra, all thine helps, O Indra, shake them down:
