Rise forth, O Indra, driving off all foes and evils. Flow forth, O waters, mighty as the two-breasted champion, like your glory—grant us shelter and fervor.
Victorious Indra, drive off all our foes, those who dwell in the east, and those who dwell in the west,(drive) off, O hero, those who dwell in the north, and those who dwell in the south, that we may rejoice in yourexceeding felicity.
DRIVE all our enemies away, O Indra, the western, mighty Conqueror, and the eastern. Hero, drive off our northern foes and southern, that we in thy wide shelter may be joyful.
