धा॒ता धा॑तॄ॒णां भुव॑नस्य॒ यस्पति॑र्दे॒वं त्रा॒तार॑मभिमातिषा॒हम् । इ॒मं य॒ज्ञम॒श्विनो॒भा बृह॒स्पति॑र्दे॒वाः पा॑न्तु॒ यज॑मानं न्य॒र्थात्
dhātā dhātṝṇāṃ bhuvanasya yaspatirdevaṃ trātāramabhimātiṣāham imaṃ yajñamaśvinobhā bṛhaspatirdevāḥ pāntu yajamānaṃ nyarthāt
Dhatā, lord of the world, protector of the gods, I regard thee. May both Ashvins and Brihaspati and the gods protect this sacrifice and preserve the sacrificer from harm.
The creator of creators, he who is the protector of the universe, (him I praise), the divine defender, thedestroyer of enemies; may the two Aśvins, Bṛhaspati, and the gods, protect this sacrifice, and save the sacrificerfrom disappointment.
Lord of the world, Creator of creators the saviour God who overcomes the foeman. May Gods, Brhaspati, both Asvins shelter from ill thii sacrifice and sacrificer.
