इन्द्र॑ आसां ने॒ता बृह॒स्पति॒र्दक्षि॑णा य॒ज्ञः पु॒र ए॑तु॒ सोमः॑ । दे॒व॒से॒नाना॑मभिभञ्जती॒नां जय॑न्तीनां म॒रुतो॑ य॒न्त्वग्र॑म्
indra āsāṃ netā bṛhaspatirdakṣiṇā yajñaḥ pura etu somaḥ devasenānāmabhibhañjatīnāṃ jayantīnāṃ maruto yantvagram
Indra, leader; Brhaspati, the priest; bring the right-hand sacrifice forward, Soma come to the city. The Maruts lead the hosts of many gods; may they go foremost and victorious.
May Indra be the leader of these (hosts), may Bṛhaspati, Dakṣiṇā, Yajña, and Soma go before, letthe Maruts march in the van of the destroying and victorious armies of the gods.
Indra guide these: Brhaspati precede them, the guerdon, and the sacrifice, and Soma; And let the banded Maruts march in forefront of heavenly hosts that conquer and demolish.
