स घा॒ तं वृष॑णं॒ रथ॒मधि॑ तिष्ठाति गो॒विद॑म् । यः पात्रं॑ हारियोज॒नं पू॒र्णमि॑न्द्र॒ चिके॑तति॒ योजा॒ न्वि॑न्द्र ते॒ हरी॑
sa ghā taṃ vṛṣaṇaṃ rathamadhi tiṣṭhāti govidam yaḥ pātraṃ hāriyojanaṃ pūrṇamindra ciketati yojā nvindra te harī
He stands above the strong chariot like a bull among kine, a lord of cows. He who understands the full vessel of the swift chariot praises — Indra, you yoked them for us.
May he ascend that chariot which rains (blessings), and grants cattle, and which provides the vessel filled with the mixture of Soma and grain; quickly, Indra, yoke your horses.
He will in very truth ascend the powerful car that finds the kine, Who thinks upon the well-filled bowl, the Tawny Coursers' harnesser. Now, Indra, yoke thy two Bay Steeds.
