abhiṣṭane te adrivo yatsthā jagacca rejate tvaṣṭā cittava manyava indra vevijyate bhiyārcannanu svarājyam
For thy wished-for strongholds that stand where the mountain rests—Tvashṭā and the thoughtful ones fashioned them; Indra is reverenced with fear—win and secure thy sovereignty.
At your shout, wielder of the thunderbolt, all things, moveable or immoveable, trembled; even Tvaṣṭā shook with fear, Indra, at your wrath, manifesting your own sovereignty.
When at thy shout, O Thunder-armed, each thing both fixed and moving shook, E'en Tvastar trembled at thy wrath and quaked with fear because of thee, lauding thine own imperial sway.
