The earth abounded widely and far; I speak these hymns in this sacrifice. Those who furnished the beautiful, well-answered oblations—the sky protected and the earth was not distant from us.
I glorify with reverence, at this sacrifice, (the two), who are vast, expansive, multiform, infinite, auspicious;who support (all beings) by their bounty; defend us, Heaven and Earth, from great danger.
Wide, vast, and manifold, whose bounds are distant,-these, reverent, I address at this our worship, The blessed Pair, victorious, all-sustaining. Protect us, Heaven and Earth, from fearful danger.
