ko nvatra maruto māmahe vaḥ pra yātana sakhīm̐racchā sakhāyaḥ manmāni citrā apivātayanta eṣāṃ bhūta navedā ma ṛtānām
Who among the Maruts is mine, who of you protects the friend? Wonderful are the proud ones that spring up—these beings, nine and new, I call to the rituals of the strengthened ones.
(Agastya): What mortal, Maruts, worships you in this world; hasten, friends, to the presence of your friends; wonderful (divinities), be to them the means of acquiring riches, and be not uncognizant of my merits.
Who here hath magnified you, O ye Maruts? speed forward, O ye lovers, to your lovers. Ye Radiant Ones, assisting their devotions, of these my holy rites he ye regardful.
