त्वमा॑य॒सं प्रति॑ वर्तयो॒ गोर्दि॒वो अश्मा॑न॒मुप॑नीत॒मृभ्वा॑ । कुत्सा॑य॒ यत्र॑ पुरुहूत व॒न्वञ्छुष्ण॑मन॒न्तैः प॑रि॒यासि॑ व॒धैः
tvamāyasaṃ prati vartayo gordivo aśmānamupanītamṛbhvā kutsāya yatra puruhūta vanvañchuṣṇamanantaiḥ pariyāsi vadhaiḥ
You, O powerful one, proceed toward the sky with gathered stones and brought-together herds. Where the priestly man reviles, where the hunter breathes heat, you surround with destructive blows.
You did hurl your metal bolt upon the quick-moving (asura), the swift destroyer of foes, that was brought (to you) by Ṛbhu from heaven; when you, who are worshipped by many, striking Śuṣṇa, for the sake of Kutsa, did encompass him with numberless fatal (weapons).
Thou hurledst forth from heaven the iron missile, brought by the Skilful, from the sling of leather, When thou, O Much-invoked, assisting Kutsa with endless deadly darts didst compass Susna.
