Life rose upward like the dawning ray from the radiant waters; before arrival she came as light. The Sun’s path is single—there life returns in due course.
Arise; inspiring life revives; darkness has departed; light approaches. Uṣās has opened the road for the sun to travel; let us repair to where they distribute food.
Arise! the breath, the life, again hath reached us: darkness hath passed away and light approacheth. She for the Sun hath left a path to travel we have arrived where men prolong existence.
