The Rbhus fashioned Indra with new vigour, endowed with splendor and wealth, the bringers of prosperity. May the gods, pleased with you, dwell with kindly affection; may they stand near, granting us offspring and long-lived blessings.
The most excellent Ṛbhu is in strength our defender; Ṛbhu, through gifts of food and of wealth, is our asylum; may he bestow them upon us, Gods, through your protection; may we, upon a favourable occasion, overcome the hosts of those who offer no libations.
Rbhu to us is Indra freshest in his might, Rbhu with powers and wealth is giver of rich gifts. Gods, through your favour may we on the happy day quell the attacks of those who pour no offerings forth.
