Vāyu said: All these Narakas beginning with Raurava are mentioned to be beneath the Earth. A man guilty of perjury and one who indulges in calumny fall into the hell Raurava. A person who indulges in partiality when he ought to have been detached falls into the hell Krūragraha. One who obstructs cows or destroys foetus in the womb or one who sets the town on fire, faīls into Krūra-graha.
