Sūta said:: There was an insignificant Rākṣasī (demoness) named Nīlā. She was the daughter of Keśinī. The numerous Rākṣasas well known as Nailas have been procreated by Surasika (A person of excellent taste) belonging to the group Ālambeya. They are unconquerable and are of terrible exploits. They have divine and earthly forms and features. They roam about the entire earth.
