Sūta said:: He imbibes the nectar oozing out from the moon for the sake of satisfaction for the whole month, by means of fifteen exudations of the nectar. During the dark fortnight when his arms get burned by (the Sun’s) rays (he pacifies them) by means of honey exuding from the moon immediately. During the fortnights when there are no winds(?) the leading king propitiates the Pitṛs in the heaven, in accordance with the injunction pertaining to the rite for Pitṛs.
