Omens (2): On the circle of Horizon (antara-tcakra) - Verse 42

If the omen be the cry of a creature in the last (32 nd ) malefic quarter, elephant-drivers will suffer miseries as well as elephants. Again, if the omen occur in the eastern malefic spoke (within the circle), a person will lose his wife.
