If the omen be the cry of a creature in the 15 th malefic quarter, ascetics will suffer miseries and the sense of hearing will suffer injury; if in the 16 th malefic quarter, there will be suffering from hunger; if due west, there will be suffering from heavy rains and if in the 18 th malefic quarter, dogs and thieves will suffer miseries.
