When the Moon passes through any of the fixed asterisms or the soft asterisms, or through the asterisms of Mūla , Viśākhā , Puṣya , Śravaṇa , Aśvini and Hasta , trees shall be planted or seeds sown according to the views of sages possesed of the inner eye of knowledge.
