On Portents or Public Calamity (utpāta-adyāya) - Verse 36

Flowers or fruits portentous in their nature should be removed beyond the limits of the village or town. In such cases, the priests shall satisfy God Soma by the offer of rice āhutis to the fire or by animal sacrifices.
