On Portents or Public Calamity (utpāta-adyāya) - Verse 22

If fire should break out for no apparent cause, towns, quadrupeds, birds and men will suffer. If beds, clothes or the hair on ones head should be seen to smoke or with sparks of fire, there would be deaths in the land.
